Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

• Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Flat rate of PKR 199 for standard delivery within Pakistan.

• Free shipping on orders above PKR 3000

• International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for customers across Pakistan.

• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

Delays

• While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, customs delays) may occasionally cause delays.
